THE PROBLEM
Challenges in Employee Access Management
The aim was to create a seamless experience for IT administrators and cybersecurity officers, enabling them to manage employee information efficiently while ensuring data security and regulatory compliance.

USER RESEARCH
Identifying Key Stakeholders and Focus Areas
In this three-day project, I led the design team and established a design language for the desktop interface. Through comprehensive user research, I identified key user groups and their needs. The design process included storyboarding user scenarios, defining essential tasks, and creating multiple wireframes inspired by existing interfaces.

DESIGN PROCESS
Key Steps in Developing the Interface
Key features included robust search and filtering options, permission management, audit trail reviews, and compliance reporting capabilities.
The design ensured that administrators could quickly onboard, update, and offboard employees, reducing administrative overhead and mitigating security risks.

Although I did not have access to metrics post-launch, the interface was designed to improve user satisfaction, streamline processes, and enhance security measures, ultimately providing a comprehensive solution for employee access management at Forcepoint.

DESIGINI OUTCOMES
Results and Key Features of the Interface
The final design featured a clean, intuitive layout presenting employee data in a tabular format, facilitating easy viewing, creation, editing, and deletion of records.
